Wilson Reaction Pro Basketball Outdoor Quality

Wilson Reaction Pro Basketball
Is The Wilson Reaction Pro Basketball An Elite Quality Ball?

This is a good question as the Pro in the branding suggests the Reaction Pro ball is an Elite basketball. However, the Pro was added when the Reaction ball was upgraded and was a point of difference, as the older Reaction ball was still available for a short time. Wilson didn’t want to discontinue a great servant so added the Pro for simplicity. It is a good quality ball suitable for indoor/outdoor use but cannot be classed as an elite ball.

What Sizes Are The Wilson Reaction Basketballs Available In?

Tell Me More About The Reaction Basketball

The Wilson Reaction Pro Basketball has an rrp of £34.50 but you can buy online for less than this. The feel of this basketball is really nice and has a quality appearance. The grip is far better than anything around this price point. The Reaction Pro ball is quite a bit darker than some but this is only a small issue. I particularly like the grip on this model and its nice it is available in the 3 main sizes too.

The text on the ball has a gold outer and gives the basketball a superior appearance. It is suitable for use indoors and out although I didn’t try it on concrete. Overall, I thought this was one of the best outdoor balls and great value for money. I hope this stays in the Wilson range when they take over the NBA contract. As it would be a shame to lose a quality basketball from their offering.
